Athani in Lefkada

Athani is admittedly one of the most picturesque villages of western Lefkada, emerging from a series of overgrown slopes with lush vegetation. Semi-mountainous, built on an altitude of 380 meters, the village of Athani proudly overlooks the enchanting Ionian sea, offering mesmerizing views to the endless blue and the nearby islands. Athani is rather popular in the later years, as it is also conveniently located near the astonishing beaches of Egremni and Porto Katsiki, making it the ideal vacation choice upon visiting Lefkada.

In Athani village you will find a cafeteria, a traditional tavern, two restaurants with mouthwatering souvlaki as well as a mini-market. Within 10 km, in Vassiliki village, there is also a health care center, one pharmacy, and two big supermarkets. In Agios Petros village, which is even closer than Vassiliki, there is another pharmacy too.
